The Market Hub connects local farmers and food producers with customers who want fresh, locally sourced goods. We operate as an online platform where producers list their items and customers place orders.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website:

• You agree to purchase the items listed at the price stated.

• Orders must be placed before the weekly cut-off time to ensure inclusion in that week’s delivery cycle.

• We will confirm your order by email once it is successfully placed.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our online payment system. We accept credit/debit cards and other available online payment options shown at checkout.

4. Deliveries and Pickups

We offer home delivery and designated pickup points. Delivery times are indicated at checkout and may vary due to weather or supplier availability. We'll do our best to communicate any changes promptly.

5. Refund Policy

Because we work with fresh and perishable items, our refund policy is as follows:

• Missing or Damaged Items: If you receive an order with missing or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

• Quality Concerns: If an item is not up to your expectations, send us a photo and description within 24 hours. We’ll review and may issue a refund or store credit.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the order cut-off time for a full refund. After that, we cannot issue refunds as the produce is harvested and packed specifically for your order.

• Non-Refundable: We do not provide refunds for change of mind or failure to collect your order.

6. Supplier Responsibility

The Market Hub is a marketplace. While we take care in choosing our suppliers, each producer is responsible for their product quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
